On my previous post I said I'd visit the topic above on a later date. It seems that day had to be today. I have just spent 30 minutes trying to upload images on this thing and I keep getting this error "Server Rejected". I mean what does that even mean?? Sometime back I'd tried to upload videos and I could only add files from my computer. I mean, what if I want to add a video from Youtube! or Vimeo, what happens then?? Uggh! May be someone can tell me what I'm doing wrong?
On the flip side, Wordpress is nearly 100% ace at dealing with this issues. I upload my pictures with no difficulty whatsoever, I have added videos from Youtube!, adding plug-ins and widgets is a walk over... basically its super user-friendly. Blogger on the other hand.....
I'm considering a major move

MIA
So where have I been for the last two months? Well, thing is I started this clothing line that's kept me extremely busy. Between designing, acquiring materials, printing and liaising with the necessary people there’s really little or no time to update this blog. As far as designing goes I’ve been working on a few t-shirt designs that I’m selling on this blog: chillimangoclothing.wordpress.com (Yes I’m cheating on blogger but I find that Wordpress has more to offer but that’s a debate for another day). ChilliMango Clothing is an Afro-Urban street wear design house that's 100% Kenyan. It not only features t-shirts but hoodies, sweatshirts, Afro-kimonos to mention but a few. All with African influences of either design or choice of fabric and much more. So please follow the link and support a budding designer wont you?
Peace & Blessings.

Sema Kenya
So the other day (3 Months ago) I found out that my school project was considered worthy of a mention on the school's website. It may seem a like a small fete to most but to me, its very encouraging. Representing Africa in a positive light to the world has always been one of my inspirations behind my designs. I am therefore happy to share the link below.... May be one day I'll launch the site officially. Click on the link below to view the project.

Designing Tinga Tinga Tales
For the past 2 years or so I've been part of a great team of African animators and designers. Tinga Tinga Tales is inspired by the Tinga Tinga art of Tanzania and the childhood stories of Africa i.e. 'How the tortoise got a cracked shell' and so on.... The animation will premiere on Kenyan T.V. this Sunday at 5:45p.m on Citizen T.V.... In my opinion, this a great step in the right direction for African animation. Follow the link bellow to watch the opening sequence of Tinga Tinga Tales.
